LOCATION:  I am located in Seattle’s Crown Hill neighborhood  (North of Ballard).I am also available for PHONE SESSIONS and my fees for this are the same as for massage and bodywork.

APPOINTMENTS:  I’m available for half hour, 45 minute, 1hour,   1 hr. and 15 minute, or one and a half hours sessions.

FEES:   For self pay sessions the fees range from $30-$80. I offer a $5.00 discount if you pay with cash. For insurance based injury treatment massage  the fees range from  $45-$130.

I also have a limited number of sessions available at a reduced rate for those with special circumstances. 

PAYMENT:  I will bill PIP and L&I for you. For private insurance claims,  payment from client is due at time of service but I will fill out necessary forms so that  you can be  reimbursed.

CANCELLATIONS:   I request 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment and I expect full payment for missed  sessions for which I receive no notice of cancellation.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:   I offer gift certificates for any occasion.
